Admission Rule
The school opens for admission in the first week of April every year. For Admission, the school prescribes admission form that should be duly filled and sent to the admission committee. For Admission to class nursery, pre-nursery/creche age of the child should be
3+ on 31st March of that year.
Admission will be given after having an informal talk with the child. At the time of admission to nursery, original Date of Birth certificate issued by the municipal committee must be submitted, written test without which admission will not be granted. A child who attended a recognized school will not be admitted without a School Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
Eligibility For Admission to 10+1 Class
1. Only those students are eligible for admission to 10+1 class who have passed their matriculation exam from Haryana Board of School Education or any other recognized Board.
2. Admission to Science Stream requires a candidate to have secured 50% of total marks and minimum 40% marks in Maths and Science or C++ grade in Maths and Science. For Commerce Stream 40% in aggregate and 40% marks in Maths are compulsory or C++ grade and for Arts Stream only pass marks are required.
3. Students are allowed to change the Stream of studies till 30th April only.
4. Students who have got compartment in the Matriculation Exam and are seeking admission to Arts Group are also eligible for +1 class provisional admission, they will have to qualify their subject within one year in which they failed, and otherwise their admission/result of the +1 class will be cancelled.
5. Students having compartment from any other board except Haryana Board of School Education, Bhiwani are not eligible for admission to +1 class.
6. Withdrawal from any class must be preceded by a month’s notice in writing or one month fee in lieu of notice.
7. No-dues form has to be cleared by the concerned teachers before claiming transfer certificate.
Disciplinary
1. Student whose conduct in the opinion of the principal, teachers is harmful in the interest of the school is liable to be struck off.
2. A student’s name is liable to be struck off if he/she remain absent for six consecutive days without leave application.
Re-admission
Re-admission will be provided on payment of Re-admission fee Rs. 200/-. However, the principal reserves all the rights to consider about it, with due consultation of the school managing committee.
